This policy describes how Viva Voice collects, uses and protects users' personal data on viva-voice.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.

2. Data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect:
- Name (or organisation name)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Subject (optional)
- Message
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools that collect personal data, or behavioural profiling.
3. Purpose
The data is used exclusively to respond to the message sent and, where applicable, to follow up on the contact requested (clarifications, proposals, scheduling).
4. Legal basis
Data processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject when submitting the contact form, as provided for in article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
5. Data retention
Data is kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is processed through the following services acting as subcontractors, under conditions compatible with the GDPR:
- Vercel (hosting and database, with servers in the European Union)
- Resend (email notifications)
- GitHub (source code version control)
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
- Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Request restriction or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request data portability

8. Security
Messages are stored in a protected database and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The admin area is password protected.

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last update date indicated above.
